New Offices at The Granger Green Point
Take two whole floors, about 3,890 m² in all, in The Granger, a new P-grade office building in Green Point. It is being built on the corner of Granger Bay Boulevard and Fritz Sonnenberg Road, beside DHL Stadium and less than a kilometre from the V&A Waterfront.
A typical floor is 1,945 m² and can be let as a grey box, as a white box, or fully fitted to one of the developer's three design options.
